Terms of Service
ENSTROLL is for patrol operations, checkpoint records, alert handling, and supervisory oversight. These terms describe the practical responsibilities around using it.
Last updated

Using the service
Customers are responsible for configuring their patrol sites, users, roles, routes, checkpoint rules, notification settings, and operating procedures accurately.
Users must only access accounts and operational records they are authorized to use. Shared passwords, false check-ins, tampering with devices or beacons, and attempts to bypass security controls are not allowed.
Operational records
ENSTROLL records patrol activity based on the data available to the system, including device signals, location updates, beacon proximity, user actions, and configured rules.
The customer remains responsible for reviewing patrol records, responding to alerts, training staff, and deciding how the records are used in real-world operations.
Devices and connectivity
Patrol workflows can depend on mobile devices, batteries, operating-system permissions, network availability, GPS quality, beacon placement, and notification providers. Those conditions can affect the timing or completeness of records.
Acceptable use
- Do not use ENSTROLL for unlawful monitoring or purposes outside legitimate security operations.
- Do not upload malicious content, attack the service, scrape data, or interfere with other tenants.
- Do not misrepresent patrol activity or modify operational records except through authorized product workflows.
Availability
We aim to keep ENSTROLL reliable, but no service is available every minute. Planned maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, device conditions, or network issues may affect access.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product, business, or legal requirements change. Material updates should be communicated in a reasonable way.
